Cultural, Offices
In a privileged location, located in the center of the city of Copenhagen, adjacent to the Tivoli Gardens, the City Hall and the Circus Building, the Danish studio Lundgaard & Tranberg, designed the new Axeltorv Towers. The building, made up of different cylinders of different heights, constitute privileged offices, with a large amount of sunlight inside the building and large work areas, meeting rooms and an auditorium for a capacity of 180 people.
Frapont has developed, manufactured and installed the metallic structures and the solid oak flooring for the building’s stairs, each of these 13 stairs being totally unique, given the diameter of the different cylinders in the building. We have also made the auditorium bleachers by developing its metal structure with its subsequent oak wood cladding. To complete our work, we have made all the fixed shelves of the library in oak wood and the 5 revolving doors of tempered glass of 300x200cm framed in solid wood, which give access to this majestic building.
