It connects the different areas of the building and in these big atriums it is also often used glass in facades and hard floors which need acoustic solutions on walls and front/underside of staircases.
The stairs are seldom standard and requires special solutions with high expertise both in planning, producing and installation.
Stormen Hall is the new cultural center of the city of Bodo in Norway designed by the London architectural firm DRDH.
