Seventy is a unique concept that fuses the warmth of a Mediterranean guest house, a detailed decoration and a unique location near the elegant Passeig de Gràcia avenue in Barcelona. This hotel has common areas, restaurant, lobby and six floors of rooms, designed by the interior designers team made up of Luis Bustamante and Rosa Rosselló. The decorating project focuses on wood but also features many metal and glass elements and details. Frapont has been in charge of the elaboration of the detailed plans, manufacture and installation of the carpentry elements, claddings and fixed furniture of the rooms and terrace. A new hotel project in Barcelona, where we have been able to deliver levels of finishes that match the customer’s expectations.
